I am the Executive Director of the Centre of Excellence on the Canadian Federation.

Je suis le directeur exécutif du Centre d’excellence sur la fédération canadienne.

Before holding this position, I was the Research Director at Vox Pop Labs, makers of Vote Compass.

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at the University of British Columbia. I was also a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Political Science at the University of British Columbia , the Canadian Election Study, and a SSHRC postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Political Science at Vanderbilt University.
